375 Years of Stamford Justice – Honoring Your Honor
Enjoy a full dinner at the Italian Center while learning about the history of Stamford’s court system. Dean and Professor of Law Timothy Fisher, of the University of Connecticut Law School, will be our keynote speaker. Several recent contributors to Stamford’s system of justice will be recognized, including Judge D’Andrea, Judge Fox, Jr., and Justice McDonald. Also speaking at the event are Governor Malloy, Judge Fox III, and Richard Silver, J.D..
Below: Abraham Davenport, 1715-1789, who was many times appointed judge of the Fairfield County Court, the Maritime Court of Fairfield County and as Stamford’s Judge of Probate.
